How Lulama Lobi Attorneys started
Lulama Lobi Inc was established in 2015 under the name and style Lulama Lobi Attorneys and after the incorporation of the law firm it was registered as a company with the CIPC under the name and style of Lulama Lobi Inc Attorneys.
The founder of Lulama Lobi Inc Attorneys is Mr. Lulama Gideon Lobi (Mr. Lobi) Mr. Lobi was born in De Aar where he attended Zingisani Primary School and later attended at Monwabisi High School. Mr. Lobi was accepted at the University of Western Cape (UWC) where he acquired his BA(Law) and LLB degrees. He started his career as co-founder of the law firm of Mjila & Partners. After fruitful time as Mjila & Partners, he resigned from the firm to establish Lulama Lobi Attorneys.
Mr. Lobi served in different professional structures a long time. He served on the executive of the Northern Cape branch of the BLA and also served on the NEC of the BLA. Mr. Lobi also served as the President of the Cape Law Society (CLS) as well as the councilor of the Law Society of South Africa(LLSA). It was in his capacity as member of CLS that he also served on the Board of Control of the Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund(LPFF), formerly known as Attorneys Fidelity Fund(AFF).
At present Mr. Lulama Lobi serves on the council of the Northern Cape Legal Practice Council (LPC) as deputy chairperson.
